Coaching Philosophy

Our goal is to assist clients by taking into account the desire to improve themselves to be better leaders by listening, providing timely feedback, and challenging behavior identified as impeding growth all while providing the necessary support to achieve change.

We adopt our Model from the Academy of Creative Coaching which intertwines positive psychology, cultural competency, and a creative approach.

Confidentiality and Boundaries

All information disclosed during our sessions shall remain confidential and will be held as such. However, I ask that you give me permission to disclose your name and contact information to the International Coach Federation when and if needed to assist the coach in obtaining or maintaining their credentials.
