Cultural Humility Coaching

  • Are you looking for a space to explore how to become a more effective social justice advocate and ally?

  • Do you want to move beyond the basics of cultural competency?

  • Are you interested in developing the right approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) that will assist you in becoming more effective in the way you lead diverse teams and better able to navigate conversations related to DEI?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this type of coaching is going to assist you on your journey. This coaching starts with identifying where you are along the Intercultural Development Continuum. I will then partner with you in developing goals to assist you in your development as a leader.

Transitions Coaching

  • Are you applying for a new job at your current or another organization?

  • Have you just taken a new position?

  • Have you just been promoted at your current organization?

  • Do you want to effectively plan for a transition to a new position?

    If you answered yes to any of these questions then transition coaching is for you. I partner with clients to help them think strategically about what a job change will look like so they can set themselves up for success. I use what is called an operating manual so clients can begin to think about what a successful transition will look like so they can set themselves up for success during the first three months. Identity Conscious Leadership Coaching

  • Are you a leader who finds themselves wanting to remain true to your salient identity?

  • Are you someone who struggles with imposter syndrome?

  • Are you struggling with racial battle fatigue?

  • Are you struggling with code switching?

  • Do you find yourself going along to get along in your current role or organization?

    If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are a good candidate for identity conscious leadership coaching. I have successfully coached clients through these challenges so they can lead authentically and effectively using their identities as strengths, not something to be overcome. I do this by working with my clients to ground themselves in their identities and then identify the challenges that are keeping them from achieving their professional goals. Career Discernment Coaching

  • Are you trying to decide if it is time to change your role or find another organization?

  • Are you feeling misaligned in your current role or organization?

  • Do you believe you have hit a plateau in your role or organization?

    If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may want to begin a process or career discernment. I have successfully coached clients through a process to assist them in determining if they are in alignment with their current role or organization. I do this by helping them identify their guiding values and identifying their strengths. This involves a set of exercises and reflective questions in a coaching process.
